(ELF)
The Effective learning Framework, ELF, is an agreed college wide teaching schema to support effective planning and best practice in all classes. It was developed by staff following research on existing schema.
PURPOSE : To support effective planning and best practice in all classes.
Facilitate a common language for lesson planning and teaching practice.
Support school-wide coaching.
